Abstract

It is explained how the conditions of the current Scientific-Technical Revolution influence all spheres of life, acquiring
special significance the social and health aspects due to the transformation of the surrounding environment. The process
of mechanization and automation of medicine in the midst of the Scientific-Technical Revolution is taking place at a
violent pace. However, it is clear that no matter how efficient the devices are, no matter how accurate the mathematical
knowledge with the help of health professionals, nothing is more effective than the direct contact of the physician and the
health personnel with the patient. The activity of health personnel is oriented to the preservation, maintenance and strengthening
of people. The most important social objectives that can be presented to society are given. Finally, it is expressed
how it is not possible to understand the character of the pathology of man considering it isolated from the changes taking
place in society and its socioeconomic structure.
