The intervention, which consisted of the application of activities for the dimensions leadership, motivation, reciprocity and participation, was carried out in the state of Distrito Capital between August and December 2021. The results were compared using Student's t-test for paired samples and for independent samples, with a significance level α = 0.05.
Results: After the intervention, there were statistically significant differences between managers and health care personnel in both states, with higher scores in the Capital District state. In addition, the mean scores increased in all four dimensions in both managers and care staff in the Capital District state, which was not the case in Portuguesa state.
