The mean before and after anxiety was reduced from 37.06 to 15.11 with a p = 0.000; it went from extreme anxiety to very low anxiety. The mean depression before and after decreased from 36.83 to 9.83 with a p = 0.000; severe depression was commuted to non-depression. The Fantastic questionnaire assessed the changes obtained by participation in the different sanological routes before and after the sanological strategy. The lifestyle went from bad to excellent.
Conclusions: Participating in the sanological strategy in the " Day Hospital " service decreased the symptoms of anxiety and depression in people with sub-acute mental disorders, based on significant changes in lifestyles.
